1. Design Process
Bespoke architecture designed designed specifcally to you and your site. Whether you have a designer and plans already, or you are just getting started, follow the below steps to ensuring your house can be built using Flexi Panels.

If you need help finding a Designer, get in touch with us and we can help you find a suitable Design Partner most appropriate to your project.

You’ll meet with your Designer to define a project brief with all your criteria and aspirations, followed by collating all the necessary information to begin the design process.
If you’d like to explore or use the Flexi Panel System, make sure your designer knows about this at the briefing stage.

Explores potential design solutions to help clients visulise their design brief.
At this time it is a good idea to have your concept reviewed by Flexi for offsite suitabilty and feedback.

Once a preliminary design direction is established the design can be will be resolved to a Concept Design

Develops upon the Concept Design to establish a complete scope and specification for the project.

Architectural plans, engineering and working drawings for council consent and construction.

We apply for building consent on your behalf in your reigion.
